Strategy:
To compose a simple, snappy and bright
letter. Try to sound excited and enthusiastic so that people will
feel a great desire to visit it. We also want the letter to
introduce the products (services) that will be available there in
such a way as to attract and maintain the widest possible
interest.
Key advice:
As in all introductory letters try to strike the right
balance between including too much information (people will be
inclined to postpone reading the letter) or not providing enough
information or 'sweeteners' so that we fail to attract and hold
the reader's attention.
