Offer letters
Strategy:
We want to aim to give as much information
as possible about ourselves yet attempt to keep the letter concise
and to the point. If we overdo it, it is unlikely that the letter
will be read and its contents noted.
Stage one:
Open the letter in a simple, straightforward
manner. The person you are writing to is probably very busy so
always keep this in the back of your mind when you are composing
your letter. Now explain that you understand that your prospective
client is currently experiencing difficulties .......and that you
might be able to help.
Stage two:
Explain in more detail how your service can
solve their problem. Emphasize that you specialize in helping
clients who have this problem.
Stage three:
Add that you are including your company's
information pack and a list of recommendations from some of your
satisfied clients. This will put you in a more favorable light and
help to convince your reader that you may, indeed be able to solve
his problem by offering a high standard service that is recognized
by other local businesses.
Stage four:
End by offering your services and requesting
the reader to contact you for more details.
