Letters
of Introduction.
Introduction of
products.
|
Strategy:
We want to aim to give as much information
as possible about our products yet attempt to keep the letter
concise and to the point. As we always emphasize - if we overdo
it, it is unlikely that the letter will be read and it's contents
noted.
Stage one:
Open the letter in a simple, straightforward
manner. The person you are writing to is probably very busy so
don't crowd your letter with unnecessary details about your
products. Simply introduce yourself and the products, which you
wish to bring to his attention.
Stage two:
Explain in more detail to your prospective
new client, what the product is and how it can benefit him.
Stage three:
End by saying you are including your latest
catalogue, current price list and a number of samples for them to
try and request them to contact you for more details.
