Letters of complaint.
Complaint about delivery of damaged goods.
|
Strategy:
Complaint letters can be difficult to write.
You want to persuade the recipient of the letter to take immediate
action to solve your problem and yet you want to do it without
giving unnecessary offence.
Stage One:
Open the letter by pointing out the damage.
Include all the relevant dates and details.
Stage Two:
Now detail the specific action you want them
to take to solve this problem.
Stage Three:
End by adding that you believe this is the
fairest and quickest way of settling this matter and that you
await their prompt response.
